From these modest beginnings, the church grew into a vibrant community of believers, impacting countless lives through its ministry, outreach programs, and educational institutions .

Pastor Gool’s vision extended beyond the church walls. He established a shelter for homeless women, providing a safe haven for those in need. Additionally, Victory Christian Center School, founded in 1989, offered Christian-based education for preschool and K-12 students. The More Than Conquerors College, initiated in 1991, provided a space for academic and spiritual study .
