Nebiyou Samuel Talley, also known as Neb, was a 27-year-old man who passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
He was born in Silver Spring, Maryland on February 13, 1996, and was the son of William B. Talley and Tselate Betre Talley, and the brother of Mussie Talley.
He graduated from James M. Bennett High School in Salisbury, Maryland, where he excelled in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.
He attended Wake Forest University, where he became a member of Chi Psi Fraternity, Inc., a Resident Advisor, and a head coach of the Let Me Run program.
He was known for his kindness, humor, empathy, and passion for music, sports, and philanthropy.
He is survived by his parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
The cause of his death has not been publicly disclosed, but his family and friends have expressed their grief and condolences on social media and online platforms.
In lieu of flowers, his family has requested that donations be made to the Let Me Run non-profit organization that Neb was deeply passionate about.
