One of the most intriguing contestants on the show is Pepper, a 28-year-old Airbnb host from Utah. She has been described as “sweet, bubbly, and adventurous” by the hosts, Kevin and Frankie Jonas. But who is she related to? Fans have been speculating online about her possible celebrity relative, and we have some theories.
Pepper’s Clues on Claim to Fame
On the first episode of Claim to Fame, Pepper was chosen as the guesser, meaning she had to pick another contestant and try to figure out their famous connection. Based on the clue that her relative is not a comedian, and her physical appearance and personality, we have narrowed down our best guess for Pepper’s celebrity connection. We think that she is related to the late singer, actor, and comedian Dean Martin.
Specifically, we think that she is his granddaughter, Pepper Martin, the daughter of his late son Ricci Martin. Ricci Martin was also a singer and actor, who died in 2016 at the age of 62. He had seven children, including Pepper, who was born in 1993.
We found some evidence to support our theory on social media. We believe that this is Pepper’s Instagram account, where she posts pictures of herself and her family. In some of the photos, we can see a resemblance between her and Dean Martin, especially in their eyes and smiles.
We also noticed that she follows some accounts related to Dean Martin, such as his official fan club and his daughter Deana Martin. She also follows some of his friends and collaborators, such as Frank Sinatra Jr., Jerry Lewis, and Sammy Davis Jr.
